The Aseptic Injectable Powder Dosing, Stoppering and Capping.
Vial Loading
A turntable precisely positions each vial for gentle transfer by a Servo Pitcher onto the main indexer. Full servo Electronic CAM speed synchronization ensures perfect timing and smooth vial movement, optimizing line efficiency.
Vial Indexer
The Parallel V Grip Main Indexer is utilized to securely grip and transfer vials of various diameters and heights. This innovative design eliminates the need for changing parts, offering maximum flexibility with a simple Recipe program adjustment.
Dosing System
A Servo-driven SUS316L Precision Micro Auger is utilized for accurate and consistent dosing for various powder fills, eliminating part changes. The single hopper design with multiple dosing nozzles simplifies powder handling and minimizes cleaning requirements. For optimal hygiene, vials are lifted into the dosing nozzles, ensuring minimal dust generation.
100% Weight IPC
100% In-Process Control (IPC) with tare weighing is utilized to achieve unmatched accuracy, minimizing overfilling and product waste without sacrificing production speed. In addition, an optional automatic weight adjustment feature further refines the process for the highest possible precision.
